We invite all individuals committed to advancing safety, health, and well-being to register for the 2026 World Safety Conference, proudly hosted in South Africa. This global event welcomes professionals and practitioners from across disciplines — including safety experts, public health specialists, researchers, policymakers, engineers, healthcare providers, educators, civil society leaders, and community advocates.

We also strongly encourage the participation of early- and mid-career professionals, students, and postgraduate scholars who are passionate about building safer, more resilient communities worldwide.

Group Registration (5 and above people)	10% discount

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellation will be accepted as per the below timelines:

Cancellation received on or before	Percentage of refund
1st July 2026	50%
1st August 2026	25%
After Midnight of 1st August 2026	No refund

All date and time are mentioned and should be considered in South Africa Standard Time (SAST) only.
Conference registration is mandatory for all the delegates to attend the conference.
Registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of the amount in the Conference account.
Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration, if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign to another category, which they may deem fit.
In case of cancellation for registrations, please send a registration cancellation request to the secretariat email at registration@worldsafety.co.za.
The cancellation request will be considered as per policy. Payment shall be refunded after 30 days from last day of the conference.
All the Remittance/Transaction charges are to be paid by the registrant.
A full refund will be provided if registration is cancelled due to visa cancellation.

“Student” means a person who, at the time of conference registration, is formally enrolled on a full‑time or part‑time basis in an accredited undergraduate or postgraduate qualification at a recognised higher education institution.
