Format distinctions:

  • Pre-Conference Workshops (half-day or full day):
    • Open to invited participants selected by the organiser
    • Ideal for skills development, technical training, strategy development, or consortium meetings
    • Participants do not have to be registered for Safety 2026
  • In-Conference Satellite Sessions (90 minutes):
    • Open exclusively to registered conference delegates
    • Designed for focused dialogue, evidence sharing, profiling innovations and policy or programme discussions
    • Fully integrated into the official conference schedule
