Poster Printing in Cape Town

Travelling to Cape Town? You can print your poster locally.

Poster presenters do not necessarily need to travel with a printed A0 poster. A number of commercial printers in central Cape Town offer A0 colour poster printing, including several located close to the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

Presenters may wish to send their print-ready PDF to a Cape Town printer before travelling and arrange either collection or delivery to the CTICC or their hotel.

What should I ask the printer for?

Unless your poster presentation instructions specify otherwise, ask the printer to quote for:

1 × A0 poster (841 × 1189 mm), full colour, printed from a print-ready PDF.

When ordering, please confirm:

the final price, including VAT;
paper type and weight;
required lead time;
latest deadline for submitting your PDF;
collection arrangements; and
whether delivery to the CTICC or your Cape Town hotel is available and what the delivery charge will be.

We strongly recommend placing your order before travelling to Cape Town rather than waiting until the day your poster is scheduled for presentation.
